Indemnity Form

resident of and in South Australia [‘the entrant’] hereby agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the 23 December Lobethal Pageant Inc Committee
against any damage/loss whatsoever and howsoever caused and for all claims, costs, actions and demands in respect to the death or injury to any person or persons for loss or damage to any property resulting as a consequence of any negligent act or omission by the Entrant, its servants, agents or employees arising out of or in connection with the Community Christmas Pageant and Celebrations in Lobethal on Monday 23 December, 2024.
